How do I ride the horse?
Drag the two reins at the sides of the screen upwards to go faster; the difference between left and right moves the horse across the track. The whip button (FRUSTA) gives a burst of speed but uses breath: keep some for the last 400 metres.
What are gems for?
Gems are used to train the horses you own. You can buy packs of 50, 150 or 500 gems in the shop (NEGOZIO). Races, coins and everything else need no purchase.
I bought gems but they didn't arrive.
Make sure you are online, then close and reopen the game: an interrupted purchase is delivered at the next start. If the gems still don't arrive, write to us with the order ID from Apple's receipt email.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. You can ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Will I lose my progress if I reinstall the game or change iPhone?
Your progress is saved on your iPhone and in the cloud. To keep it when you reinstall or change device, open Options (Opzioni) › Unity account (Account Unity) and sign in with Unity first; then sign in with the same account on the new device.
How do I change my name?
Options (Opzioni) › Change name (Cambia nome). It is the name other players see on the leaderboards: please use a nickname, not your full real name.
An online race doesn't start.
Online races need a stable internet connection and an online ticket. If no other player is available, try again in a few minutes.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting the game removes the data on your iPhone. To delete your cloud profile and your leaderboard entries too, write to info@omeganodes.ai with the subject “Gallop Races – delete my data” and your jockey name: we confirm when it is done, within 30 days. More in the privacy policy.
