Omega Nodes is legally structured to remain majority Ugandan-owned. Our Articles of Association include specific provisions to ensure the company always has at least 51% Ugandan ownership — in compliance with Uganda's land and citizenship laws.
This is not just a legal requirement — it is our founding philosophy. Uganda's digital future should be built and owned by Ugandans.
